Motorists traveling westbound on Highway 417 wishing to access Richmond Road or Bayshore Drive should exit the highway at Greenbank Road/Pinecrest Road and follow the detour south as described above. Alternatively, motorists traveling westbound on Highway 417 can continue past Richmond Road and exit the highway at Moodie Drive where they can proceed north to Carling Avenue or south to Robertson Road and travel eastbound on either road to their destination.
Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
Pedestrians and cyclists should use extra caution and adhere to posted signage when localized detours are in-place, to ensure safety.
The safety of the public and workers is paramount, and we thank you for your patience during construction.
